Our Approach to Chiropractic Care in Burlington
Most of what we do begins with one question: how is your body holding itself, and how might that relate to how you feel?

Why We Look at Posture First
Chiropractic care focuses on the spine and the joints, and on the close relationship between the spine and the nervous system that runs through it. Our particular focus is posture: how the head, neck, and spine sit and move through the day.
When posture is off, the load on the spine and surrounding muscles can change, and over time that may show up as discomfort. Looking at posture helps us understand the bigger picture rather than just the spot that hurts.

A Hands-on Approach to Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care mainly involves manual therapy, including careful adjustment of the spine and other joints, alongside guidance on movement, exercise, and everyday habits. It is conservative and non-invasive.
We combine that hands-on care with a posture-aware plan, so the goal is not only short-term relief but helping you move and feel more comfortably over time.
From First Visit to a Plan
There is no guesswork. Here is the path from your first visit onward.
- 1
Assessment
A posture scan and a thorough, non-invasive assessment of the spine and how you move, so we understand what may be going on. - 2
A plan built around you
If we both agree to continue, we build a care plan around what the assessment shows, tailored to your situation and goals. - 3
Care and progress
Hands-on care plus guidance on posture and movement. We will do regular progress examinations and adjust as needed.

Maintaining What You Build
Some people choose to keep up with care once they feel better, the way you would with any part of looking after your health. Others come in as needed. Both are fine.
If and how you continue is always your choice. We will give you our honest recommendation and leave the decision with you.
