What a First Visit Involves
A first visit starts with your history and a physical examination, including a postural assessment that looks at how you stand, move and hold yourself. We are trying to work out where the problem is coming from rather than only where it hurts.
We go through what we find with you, explain what we think is going on in plain terms, and set out what care would involve. If we do not think chiropractic is the right fit for your situation, we will tell you that and point you somewhere more useful.
What Ongoing Care Looks Like
Follow-up visits are shorter and focus on the adjustments and any movement or posture work that fits your plan. Some people come for a short stretch to settle a specific problem; others carry on periodically once things have settled.
How many visits someone needs varies with the person and the complaint, so we talk it through after assessing you rather than quoting a set number in advance.

Lower back pain, neck pain, headaches, shoulder and hip complaints, sciatica, whiplash, and postural strain from desk work are the things that come through the door most weeks.
Dr. Brad works with a particular focus on posture. Dr. Lynne provides the same chiropractic adjustments with a softer touch, and also offers Matrix Repatterning and cranial adjusting for those who want them.
