One-on-One Sessions

Customized Personal Training in Burlington

One-on-one training built around what your assessment shows, so the strength work supports the care you are already having.

Training That Follows the Assessment

Most training programmes are written without anyone having looked at how you move. Ours starts from the same postural and movement assessment we use for chiropractic care, so the exercises match what your body is doing rather than a template.

Dr. Brad is certified through canfitpro, and the training side sits alongside the clinical work rather than separate from it.

What Sessions Look Like

Sessions are one-on-one and built around your goals, your starting point and anything we are already working on clinically. That might mean strength work, mobility, or specific corrective exercise for a postural pattern.

The aim is that you end up able to do the work yourself, so we teach the movements properly rather than running you through them.

Who It Suits

People who want to get stronger without aggravating an existing problem, anyone coming out of a course of care who wants to hold on to the progress, and people who have found generic gym programmes leave them sore in the same places.

Whether it fits your situation is something we work out after assessing you.

Do I need to be a patient at the clinic?

No, though the training is built from an assessment, so we would start there either way.

Is personal training covered by benefits?

Personal training is generally not covered by extended health plans, unlike chiropractic care. We can confirm what applies to your situation.

How often would I train?

That depends on your goals and your week. We talk it through rather than pushing a fixed schedule.

What if I have an injury?

That is much of the point of assessing first. We build around what you can do and adjust as things change.
