"How Long Should I Go To The Chiropractor?"

Hello everyone.

Dr Brad Ivanchuk here.

I'm a Burlington, Ontario chiropractor at Life Chiropractic Centre on Guelph Line.

I am also a Certified Posture Expert and Postural Neurologist with the American Posture Institute, and a canfitpro certified Personal Training Specialist, Active Aging Coach and Children’s Fitness Coach.

Today I would like to talk about a misconception. And the misconception I would like to talk about is that once you start going to the chiropractor, you have to keep going for the rest of your life.

And this simply is just not true!

For those of you who know me and for those of you who follow my posts, you know that I am a huge advocate of regular chiropractic care throughout your lifetime because of the numerous health benefits.

And I would never recommend someone do anything that I do not do myself.

Chiropractic care has been an integral part of my lifestyle and my life for the past 45 years,
so I can speak with authority on this matter.

But, just like you have a choice to vaccinate your kids or not, or to get a flu shot or not, the same thing applies to your chiropractic care.
That is why in our office your chiropractic care has a start date and an end date.

It is totally up to you whether you want to continue on with wellness care once you have completed your corrective care (postural correction).

That being said, it is very important to me and it is part of my mission as a chiropractor that everyone understand the truth about chiropractic care, and the difference between corrective care and wellness care.

The reason being there are too many people who are sick, and there are too many people who are suffering, and there are too many people taking too much dangerous medication.
And I know that chiropractic can help them. I know that a healthier posture system can help them.
And if this sounds like you, then I invite you to our FREE POSTURE WORKSHOP on Wednesday, January 23rd from 7pm to 8pm right here at Life Chiropractic Centre -- 2501 Guelph Line in the Beacon Hill Plaza.

Seating for this workshop is limited to 15 people so you need to call to reserve your seat(s).
The number you should call is 905 335 LIFE (5433).

I promise that you will learn posture tips that you will be able to use right away.
Remember that good posture is by design and not by circumstance.
