The nerves from the C5, 6 and 7 levels in the lower part of your neck go down into your arms.
And similarly, the nerves from the L3, 4 and 5 levels in your lower back go down into your legs.
When you have a spinal misalignment (subluxation) in your lower neck, this can cause pain down into your arms.
And when you have a spinal misalignment (subluxation) in your lower back, this can cause pain down into your legs.
And these 2 areas of the spine are frequently misaligned.
