Over the next few weeks I am going to help you understand the two very different schools of thought when it comes to health and health care.

As a parent myself, I think it is so very important that you are absolutely 100 % crystal clear which one you choose to live your life by, because you are ultimately teaching your children and even your children’s children to do the same.

And the reason I want to do this is because it has been my observation after doing what I do for over 30 years that we live in a world of fear.

Fear of germs.

Fear of sicknesses and diseases.

There are also too many dangerous interventions in my opinion and there are way too many people suffering needlessly.

And this unfortunately also includes children.

One school of thought is that our bodies were created fundamentally flawed; that it is incompetent and possesses very little capacity to regulate itself and very little capacity to heal itself.

Because every time something is wrong, such as a fever or a headache or swollen tonsils and adenoids or digestive upset or high blood pressure or any other symptom, our course of action is to either put something into our body or to take something out of our body.

This is done in attempt to achieve some higher order of competent function.

So the thinking here is that by adding various medications, antibiotics, vaccines and flu shots or subtracting swollen tonsils and adenoids (in our example), we are making our bodies better, we are making them healthier and we are then moving towards health.

Next time we will learn about the other school of thought regarding health and healthcare, but what I would like you to do until then is to really think about what we learned today.

Does this resonate with you? Is this something you truly, truly believe inside your own heart?
