I would like to try and explain to all our readers in this post why it is never in your best interest to wait until you are sick or in pain before you decide to do something about it.
So many times when I meet people and mention to them that I am a chiropractor, they tell me that they do not need a chiropractor because they are feeling fine.
In other words, they are not suffering from any immediate pain or sickness.[flashvideo file=http://lifechiropractic.s3.amazonaws.com/01.22.2013.maintaining.health.bi-1.mp4 image=https://lifechiropracticcentre.ca/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/maintaining.good_.health.jpg width=500 height=299 /]
But the thing that really confuses me is that these very same people will take the time to regularly maintain their car before it breaks down, and take the time to regularly maintain their teeth before gum disease and cavities develop even though these things can be replaced.
Your spine on the other hand, which is one of the most important parts of your body can never be replaced. And one of the many benefits of chiropractic care is that it can help to prevent your spine from wearing out or degenerating.
And a spine can degenerate for several years before you feel any pain or symptoms which are in most cases, the last thing to develop.
The only way to know for sure if this is happening to you is to have a postural assessment and get an xray.
And a chiropractor is who you should consult regarding spinal health and spinal hygiene because this is what we do. This is our specialty.
So, if you would like to find out how healthy your spine is and your children’s spine, I would like to invite you to come into our office for a free initial consultation.
All you have to do is call us at 905 335 LIFE (5433) to schedule your appointment.
Remember that family appointments are always available and that we have been serving families just like yours here in Burlington for over 25 years.
Just like so many of our other patients, I am sure that you too will be pleasantly surprised when you find out how chiropractic care can benefit you and your family.
