Postural distortion patterns in quadrant 3 can cause postural collapse in quadrant #2 ( your thoracic spine and rib cage) and stiffness and decreased movement patterns in posture quadrant #4 (hips, knees, ankles and feet).

Lower back pain is the most common musculo-skeletal problem in the world.

In fact, the Global Burden of Disease study in 2010 showed that it is the leading cause of disability worldwide and that spinal degenerative arthritis is one of the fastest growing health conditions within the human population.

Recall what I have been telling you for the past 5 years or more … spinal degenerative arthritis is a direct consequence of subluxations or postural distortions in your spine left undetected and uncorrected.
