Now I am going to explain how you get spinal decay in your spine.
Spinal decay always starts with some type of uncorrected trauma to the spine.
A slip, a fall, a car accident, sports injuries and even the birth process itself can cause it.[flashvideo file=http://lifechiropractic.s3.amazonaws.com/07.30.2013.spinal.decay.bi-1.m4v image=https://lifechiropracticcentre.ca/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/spinaldecay.causes.jpg width=500 height=305 /]
And when these traumas to the spine are left uncorrected and undetected, this is when spinal decay will advance.
First of all, you would notice a change in your posture. Shoulders become uneven. Hips become uneven.
And then you start to develop that unsightly hump at the top of your back. Next, your spine becomes stiff and you start to lose flexibility.
Then, unwanted calcium starts to build up in your spinal joints and connective tissues.
Now, this is when you typically start to experience spinal pain but the unfortunate thing is that it takes 15 to 20 years to get to this point.
But, what is even more unfortunate is that most people are told to treat their spinal pain with some form of therapy or medication none of which corrects the cause of the problem.
And eventually they end up with permanent damage, they are in chronic pain and have other health issues all of which are totally unnecessary!
I have seen this more times in my practice than I care to remember.
