Chiropractors Initiating Infant Care

How Do I Know When My Infant Needs Chiropractic Care?

Initiate Infant Chiropractic Care

Dr Brad Ivanchuk is a Burlington chiropractor at Life Chiropractic Centre.

Life Chiropractic Centre is a family chiropractic facility.

Today I am going to discuss how I know when your baby needs a chiropractic adjustment.

The first thing I do is ask the parent what has taken place since the previous adjustment. Have there been any falls off of the bed or couch?, have there been any illnesses?, is the baby teething?, are their bowels working properly?, have there been any recent vaccinations?.

[flashvideo file=http://lifechiropractic.s3.amazonaws.com/06.14.2016.adjusting.babies.part.1.bi-1.m4v image=https://lifechiropracticcentre.ca/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/06.14.2016.adjusting.babies.prt_.1.jpg width=500 height=305 /]

And of course we always pay special attention around the developmental landmarks; when baby first starts to sit, crawl, stand and then walk/run.

All of these circumstances can lead to the formation of spinal misalignments or subluxations.

Of course I always do a physical check before every adjustment as well.

I will have them lie on their back in a pregnancy pillow (this is used when I adjust pregnant moms) which also serves as a nice, soft cradle for babies.

The first think I look for is if their head is tilted to one side or the other.

Then I will have them grab my fingers and I will gently pull them up.

This way I can check their grip strength and see if their neck muscles are developing properly. By 3 months of age or so their head should not lag.

Then I will assess the hips and legs for flexibility or tension.

I will also do a leg length check which is my most important check because if a leg is tense and pulling up short, this is a definite sign of subluxation.

Also, I will reach around behind the baby and check the different areas of their spine with my fingertips to make sure they are moving properly.

So, once I identify if and when and where the baby needs an adjustment, I proceed using an instrument called an activator.

As I squeeze the activator it gives a very small impulse.

I place my thumb on the neck vertebra that needs to be corrected and place the activator in the direction the vertebra needs to be corrected.

The activator makes a clicking sound as I squeeze it but my thumb is actually contacting the vertebra.

For the thoracic and lumbar spine and pelvis, I place the activator directly onto the vertebrae that need to be corrected.

After the adjustment, I expect to see that the baby’s head is in a neutral position, the leg lengths are equal and there is minimal tension anywhere in the body.

This way I know the spine is balanced and the nerve system is functioning optimally and therefore the baby’s health potential is also optimal.

So, as you can see by the accompanying video, it is a very gentle and non-invasive procedure.

Baby’s Tummy Time

Posture Development In
Babies Using Tummy Time

Tummy Time

Dr Brad is a Burlington chiropractor at Life Chiropractic Centre.

Last time he discussed how spinal misalignments in posture quadrant #1 (head and neck) are the result of the birth process in newborn babies.

Also recall that 65% of your baby’s neurological development takes place during the 1st 12 months of life.

So it is absolutely critical that your baby get regular chiropractic check-ups by a skilled chiropractor during this period of time to ensure proper spinal alignment.

[flashvideo file=http://lifechiropractic.s3.amazonaws.com/04.19.2016.tummy.time.bi.hb.mp4 image=https://lifechiropracticcentre.ca/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/04.19.2016.tummy_.time_.jpg width=500 height=305 /]

Today we talk about tummy time.

Tummy time is when your baby is lying face down and they begin to look up and push themselves up with their arms.

Tummy time strengthens their upper body and also allows them to master new skills such as reaching and pivoting their body.

Raising their head provides them with the visual stimuli to look around while supporting the weight of their head.

This is important for neck development.

Another very important reason why tummy time is important is because this is how your baby begins to develop their core strength which is essential for them to be able to sit then crawl then stand then walk and run.

Now a word of caution about tummy time.

Never prop your baby up on a pillow during tummy time.

This will diminish the activation of their core muscles and weaken the developmental skills necessary for initiating proper mobility patterns and spinal curve development.

We will have more very important information for you about kids and posture next time but in the meantime if you have any questions on this topic or any other health concerns you may have or your family may have, please call me.

Remember that consultations in our office are always free of charge and family appointments are always available.

Baby Diarrhea

“Is Your Baby Having Too Many
Messy Diapers?”

Natural remedy for baby diarrhea
Today we are going to wrap up our discussion about tummy upset in babies and young children and our topic will be ‘ what is it that causes those wet, messy diapers or diarrhea ? ‘.

A baby’s stool will be different colors, textures and odors depending upon your baby’s diet; formula, breast milk or solid foods.

But generally speaking, a baby’s stool is normally loose compared to older kids and a looser stool once in a while is no cause for alarm and is quite normal.

However frequent, very loose, profuse and/or explosive stools are not normal and this would be considered to be diarrhea.

[flashvideo file=http://lifechiropractic.s3.amazonaws.com/02.25.2014.baby.diarrhea.bi-1.m4v image=https://lifechiropracticcentre.ca/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/baby.diarrhea.jpg width=500 height=305 /]

Diarrhea in babies and young children can be caused by a number of different things such as:
1.    A bacterial, viral or parasitic infection in the gut.
2.    Food allergies including lactose intolerance.
3.    Sensitivity to medications especially antibiotics.
4.    Drinking too much fruit juice.
5.    Stress.

Remember that stress is what causes spinal misalignments (subluxations)  and when these affect the nerves to the digestive system, diarrhea can surely be the result.

And this is where the chiropractic adjustment can be of a huge benefit.

Sources of stress at this age can be birth trauma (forceps, vacuum assisted birth), falls off of change tables or an unhealthy environment in the home (ie. child abuse, parental substance abuse, spousal abuse etc.).

Foods that have been linked to diarrhea; dietetic candy or chewing gum, sugar substitutes such as sorbitol or other artificial sweeteners, fried foods, fast foods, high fat content foods, citrus fruits, some types of veggies (cabbage), too much dietary fibre, dairy (milk, cheese, ice cream, yogurt), wheat/gluten and certain spices (crushed or hot red peppers especially).

Normally, this condition is self-limiting and will resolve itself within 2 or 3 days ( the most common cause is viral – also known as stomach flu or intestinal flu), BUT if it lasts more than that or your child has diarrhea all the time or it is accompanied  by any of the following symptoms: fever (102  degrees F or more), abdominal pain or rigidity, vomiting, lethargy or dehydration, you need to call your family doc or get to emergency right away because it is probably more than just a simple case of the runs.

In older children if you notice blood or pus in their stool, this could be indicative of an inflammatory bowel disease such as IBS, Crohn’s or ulcerative colitis and this would initially require a medical consultation.

If you require any further information on this topic or any other health concerns you or your family may have, please contact us via email or at 905 335 LIFE (5433). Remember that consultations are always free of charge and family appointments are always available.

Treating Baby Digestive Problems

“Are Your Kids having Tummy Troubles?”

new born stomach upset

I have noticed lately that a lot of mothers are complaining that their babies and young children are having issues with their tummies.

Issues such as constipation, diarrhea, gassy tummies, bloating and painful bowel movements.

So, over the next few weeks we are going to discuss what you can do to help if your child is struggling with such issues.

[flashvideo file=http://lifechiropractic.s3.amazonaws.com/01.23.2014.new.born.stomach.upset-1.m4v image=https://lifechiropracticcentre.ca/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/new.born_.stomach.problems.jpg width=500 height=305 /]

One of the most common complaints I hear from young mothers is that their baby or young child is constipated.

And when constipation becomes the norm rather than the exception, bowel movements will become painful.

Your child may then develop psychological issues about sitting on the potty.

When it comes to constipation, there are 2 aspects that need to be addressed. One is spinal alignments and posture.

The second is diet.

We will continue this discussion next time starting with spinal alignment/posture, but in the meantime if you have any concerns about your health or your family’s health, please give us a call at 905 335 LIFE (5433).

Remember that consultations are always free of charge and family appointments are always available.

We have office hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and most Saturday mornings.

Digestive Upset In Babies

“Treating Digestive Upset, Splitting Up, And Fussiness In New Born Babies At Our Burlington Clinic”

life chiropractic center

Here is some very useful information for parents who have noticed that their newborn is a fussy eater or often times spits up after feeding.

This problem may be due to something in the mother’s diet if she is breast-feeding that may be causing digestive upset in the baby.

The problem foods can usually be identified by eliminating certain food groups in the mother’s diet & I would start by first eliminating spicy foods, then fried foods, then all dairy products & then raw vegetables.

[flashvideo file=http://lifechiropractic.s3.amazonaws.com/01.17.2012.fussy.eater.brad-1.mp4 image=https://lifechiropracticcentre.ca/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/fussy.eater_.jpg width=500 height=299 /]

These foods have been known to make for unfavourable breast-milk which often times does not agree with little stomachs.

If this does not solve the problem for you, then there is most likely a spinal issue.

The baby may have a pinched nerve in their neck which will not allow them to get comfortable when breast-feeding.

How you will know this is that the baby will choose to breast-feed on the same side all the time.

Or, they may have a pinched nerve a little lower down in their mid-back which will affect the nerves to their digestive system.

Now, you may be wondering how new-borns can get pinched nerves but it often does happen as a result of the birth process which is a physically stressful event for the mother & especially for the baby.

How chiropractic can help is by gently treating the spine to eliminate the pinched nerves which will allow for more comfortable feeding & better digestion overall.

I have been in practice for over 25 years & it has been my clinical experience that chiropractic care can be of a huge benefit for baby’s who are fussy eaters or have digestive upset.

So, if you are looking for a solution for your baby, why don’t you call our office to make an appointment for a free initial consultation where we can discuss this in more detail.

We have office hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & most Saturday mornings. Our phone number is 905 335 LIFE (5433) & we would welcome the opportunity to help you & your family.

Newborn Head Movement

“This Is Very Important Information From Our Burlington Clinic For Any Parent To Read If Their Newborn Has Difficulty Turning Their Head To One Or Both Sides”

life chiropractic center
If you have noticed this to be the case, it is most likely due to a spinal strain ( having ruled out more serious complications ) which usually occurs during the birth process.

Because the baby’s head & neck are used as a lever to assist it through the birth canal, this can often times strain the spinal joints in the neck resulting in neck stiffness  & crooked posture.

Understand that all the twisting & pulling  associated with the birth process can result in up to 60 lbs of force on a neck that has yet to see one day of life outside of the womb!

[flashvideo file=http://lifechiropractic.s3.amazonaws.com/15.11.2011.baby.head.movement.brad-2.mp4 image=https://lifechiropracticcentre.ca/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/baby.head_.movement.jpg width=500 height=299 /]

Ask yourself how you would feel as an adult if someone pulled on your head & twisted it & your neck with 60 lbs of force? [ FYI – manual chiropractic adjustments employ 3 -5 lbs of force applied in a specifically controlled direction. ]

If the birth process itself was difficult or complicated, ie. prolonged labour, a forceps delivery, a vacuum assisted delivery or the baby presented in the wrong position, then the chances of your baby suffering birth trauma to the neck are even greater.

Other things that you may have also noticed ; your baby has difficulty holding their head in the upright position, they always hold their head turned or tilted to the same side, & you  may even notice that they prefer to breast-feed from the same side only.

As a parent, you should not ignore these signs & symptoms as they are indicative of a definite spinal problem in the neck region. And in most cases, these injuries will not heal on their own & if left unattended they will set the stage for bad posture later in childhood & even degenerative spinal disease.

Early intervention is the key to preventing these things from happening and this is where chiropractic care can be of a huge benefit.

Gentle chiropractic treatments will help to heal the injured soft-tissues & correct the alignment of the delicate spinal joints.

This will ensure that as your baby grows, they will have good spinal flexibility & good posture both of which are essential for their overall health & well-being.

Treating Colic

“How To Treat A Colicky Baby Information From Our Burlington Clinic”

life chiropractic center
Please consider if you are the parent of a colicky baby.

And, if you are unsure if your baby has colic, see if the rule of 3 applies.

The rule of 3 is used to differentiate a diagnosis of colic and these are the 3 things you need to watch for:

  • at least 3 hours of inconsolable crying per day,
  • at least 3 days per week for
  • at least 3 weeks in a row.
[flashvideo file=http://lifechiropractic.s3.amazonaws.com/25.10.2011.colic.brad-1.mp4 image=https://lifechiropracticcentre.ca/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/colic.jpg width=500 height=299 /]

If you baby meets these criteria, and in the absence of more serious complications, then he or she is most likely suffering from colic.

And I know from over 25 years of family practice that this can be a horribly stressful situation especially for new parents.

You desperately want your newborn to be happy, healthy & content but you just do not know what to do to stop the crying.

And like many parents, you may have tried everything from car-rides to gripe water which would cause a great deal of concern for any parent.

Colic has been attributed to many different things such as the mother’s diet, the new mother’s anxiety level & spinal misalignments.

I would like to explain more to you about spinal misalignments as this is my area of expertise.

As your child is being born, the vertebrae of the neck & back can often times go out of alignment due to all the compressing, twisting & stretching that takes place during the birth process. Difficult deliveries ( forceps, prolonged labour, vacuum assist, breech, base posterior etc. ) can significantly increase the chances of getting spinal misalignments.

These misalignments can generally cause your baby to be cranky, uncomfortable & a fussy eater but when they affect the nerves to the digestive system specifically, colic or colic-like symptoms are sure to result.

As a parent, you need to know that chiropractic care has helped hundreds & hundreds of colicky babies and there are several research studies and case histories to support its effectiveness.

So, if you are frustrated with a colicky baby of your own, I strongly urge you to read the article found on this website about Chiropractic & Colic.

Or, you can always call to schedule an appointment for a free initial consultation.

Colic And Chiropractic Care

“Colic Can Be Effectively Treatment With Burlington Chiropractic Care”

life chiropractic centerColic is defined as inconsolable crying in an infant for at least 3 hours per day, at least 3 days per week for at least 3 weeks.

This is known as the ‘rule of three’ which doctors use to make the diagnosis of colic after ruling out other diseases that may make a baby cry uncontrollably.

Parents must also be aware of the following ‘red flag’ symptoms that may indicate other potentially more serious complications.

These include the following:

  • Persistent moaning or weak crying
  • High pitched shrill or crying more dramatic than usual
  • Vomiting (green, yellow or red [blood] more than 5X per day)
  • Fussing during eating (twisting, contorting or crying beginning during or just after feeding)
  • Change in stool ( diarrhea or constipation especially with blood or mucous )
  • Abnormal temperature ( less than 97F or over 100F rectal temperature )
  • Irritability (crying all day with few or no calm periods)
  • Recent immunization/vaccination
  • Lethargy (lack of smiles or interested gaze, excessive sleepiness, weak suckling)
  • Bulging soft spot on the top of the head
  • Poor weight gain ( less than ½ ounce per day )

In these instances, an immediate consultation with a physician is indicated to check for things such as infections, breathing issues, increased brain pressure (meningitis, bruising, hydrocephalus), skin pain (rash), mouth pain (yeast infection), eye pain (glaucoma or scratched lens),intestinal blockage, food allergy, heart failure, kidney blockage, overdose.

While no one wants to see their newborn suffer from such health issues, the prudent & responsible thing to do is to rule these things out especially if any of the red flag symptoms are present.

Parents of colicky infants report significantly higher levels of stress that parents whose babies do not have colic.

The stress & frustration of trying to soothe a colicky baby may interfere with mother-baby bonding and can increase the risk of post-partum depression.

Also, colicky babies are more likely to be victims of child abuse & shaken baby syndrome.

Despite all the research done on colic, there has been no definite cause or causes identified which can make treatment difficult.

But there have been a number of factors identified that seem to be common to colicky babies.

Under normal circumstances, a colicky baby typically presents with a loud piercing cry, flexed legs, tensed muscles ( especially the abdominals ), and clenched fingers.

Colic usually starts around 3 weeks of age & can last for up to 6 to 12 months. Approximately 10 – 20% of newborns are affected by colic.

Factors linked to colic : the gastrointestinal (stomach ) theory of colic seems logical because fussy babies often grunt, pass wind, double-up, cry after eating, spit-up, have noisy tummies ( gurgling, bowel sounds), find relief with tummy pressure, warmth or massage & may improve with pain medication or sips of herbal tea for stomach upset.

But interestingly, 85 – 90 % of colicky babies have no evidence of gastrointestinal abnormality.

One research study concluded that colic is actually less prevalent in breast-fed babies.

It is now fairly well established that there are a variety of causes of colic symptoms.

The most common include stomach gas due to poor burping technique, trapped intestinal gas, neurologic overload ( the overwhelmed & overstimulated baby that becomes exhausted ) and even a muscular type of colic due to muscle spasm & birth trauma.

Some researchers say that babies cry because they sense their mothers anxiety.

While this may be partially true, babies really don’t have the ability to distinguish a mothers anxiety from frustration or depression etc.

In fact, even though parental anxiety becomes less with successive children, it has been shown that later children are just as likely to be colicky as the first.

Colic has been linked by some researchers to the babies diet.

The most problematic foods for fussy babies seems to be cow’s milk or formulas based in cow’s milk, and for breast feeding babies, dairy products in the mother’s diet.

Food allergens from the mother’s diet may include wheat, soy & nuts.

Stimulants in the mother’s diet may also contribute to colic ( medication, caffeine, alcohol etc. ).

NOTE: dairy products are not friendly to the human body. The protein found in dairy products called casein is very difficult for the human body to digest. Have you ever wondered why cows’ have 4 stomachs? The reason being it takes this many stomachs for calves to digest their own mothers’ milk ,so how could anyone think that cow’s milk would be fit for human (only one stomach) consumption?! If you are unable to feed your baby breast milk, use goat’s milk as this is the closest in composition to human milk. Also, I do not advise using soy milk as many individuals are sensitive &/or allergic to soy. Check your labels. Many food products contain dairy & soy.

Chiropractic Care & Colic:

Birth trauma has also been linked to colic.

As your child is being born, the vertebrae of the neck & back can go out of alignment due to the compressing, stretching & twisting that takes place during the birth process.

If the delivery included hours & hours of labour, a prolonged pushing stage, forceps &/or vacuum extraction, or other difficulties ( breech, base posterior, c- section ), the chances of misalignment are great.

If these misalignments (called subluxations) are big enough, the functioning of the major systems of the body (including the digestive system) can become compromised. Ineffective digestion of breastmilk or formula can cause major discomfort in the baby leading to colicky episodes.

Also, subluxations anywhere in the spine (neck, mid-back, lower back) can cause pain making the baby uncomfortable.

And do not think that little spines are immune to misalignments.

After 25 years of family practice, I have seen hundreds of childhood ailments (including colic) result from spinal misalignments and in many cases, we have been able to trace adult health issues all the way back to birth trauma.

Chiropractic care has shown some of the best results with 94% of colicky babies demonstrating improvement with chiropractic adjustments.

Research on chiropractic care & colic has shown significant benefits over other treatments such as dietary changes, medications & infant positioning.

A randomized clinical trial published in 1999 in the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics found that “Spinal manipulation (chiropractic adjustment) is effective in relieving infantile colic.”

Another study with 316 children showed significant improvement in colic in response to chiropractic care.

And, I have personally witnessed the amazing results that chiropractic adjustments have on colicky babies in my own practice.

Sometimes, dietary changes are also required but the greatest impact certainly comes from the adjustment.

Not only does it offer great relief & comfort for the baby, but for the parents as well.

If you are reading this, you probably know firsthand how much a colicky baby can upset the entire home environment.

Chiropractic care is a conservative, gentle & very successful option for treating infants with colic.

The adjustments are gentle & safe often only requiring finger tip pressure.

It is not uncommon to see your baby relax right before your eyes as the misalignments are corrected.

If you would like more information on how chiropractic can help colic, please call 905 335 LIFE (5433) or you can schedule an appointment for a consultation.

Listen to what others have to say……….

I would like to write this testimonial to thank Dr Brad for all of his help & understanding throughout our ‘extreme fussiness’ or ‘colic’ phase with our daughter T.

We came to Dr Brad’s office after 2 months of yelling, screaming, sleepless nights and wondering what we were doing wrong. Nothing, I mean nothing we did – car rides, holding, rocking, nursing her or walks in her stroller calmed her down. Medically she was fine, our MD couldn’t find any reason for the ‘extreme fussiness’ and we were told it would soon pass.

When she was in her colic bouts nothing could stop her for hours. The longest bout was 10 hrs; 2pm to 12am of crying. That was the day my in-laws were here & they were ready to ship her off to the ER to see what was wrong with her.

It was on the suggestion of a friend that I try chiropractic as she mentioned that a friend of hers had a colicky baby like T & she swore that after 1 adjustment she was changed forever.

I called Dr Brad’s office & made an appointment. He sat with me patiently listening to the story of her birth & listened to me as I went about telling him how frustrated we were not being able to console her when she cries. He examined her & explained to me what he would do & how the treatment would progress. We started that afternoon. I was hopeful that one adjustment would change everything, but to be honest it didn’t. It took a few weeks before we noticed a significant change in her.

The late night crying subsided, and the evening ones were not as long & drawn out. She still did scream & cry but not for as long & often. She at least seemed to be comforted now by holding her & rocking her in her car seat. We kept up the appointments and each week we noticed she was becoming quieter & a bit happier. Until one day she was so happy all day, it was wonderful! My husband & I talked & he too saw a huge difference in our little screamer. She seemed content & happy all of a sudden & the crying was minimal.

She is now 8 months old. she still at times lets out a high pitched scream just to get our attention or the attention of others. I won’t say that she doesn’t cry anymore, she does when she is hungry, tired or frustrated because she can’t reach a toy, but I’m happy to say that we are ‘colic free’ & have been for months. Strangers even comment how happy & content she is, if they only knew what we went through…..

We are still keeping our regular chiropractic visits and she is doing well. I can’t imagine how long this could have lasted for if we had not taken the advice of a friend & tried chiropractic. Many thanks to Dr Brad for his understanding & helping us overcome this unforgettable time in her life & ours. To his staff for always greeting us happily at our appointments and making us feel welcome each & every visit.

Treating Colic in Babies

“How a Colicky Burlington Baby Finally Stopped Crying After 2 Straight Months of Screaming”

This is a story about baby T whom I 1st met when she was 10 wks & 1 day old. A beautiful little baby girl with an exceptionally healthy set of lungs. So much so that a very tired, weary, frustrated & confused young mother brought her daughter in to see me to help her stop screaming.

You see, baby T was colicky & had been screaming for 2 months straight & her mother was at her wits end. 2 months of yelling, screaming, extreme fussiness, sleepless nights & that anxiety that all conscientious parents would have – wondering what they were doing wrong. And nothing they tried worked; car rides, holding, rocking, walking, stroller rides or nursing. She just kept on fussing & screaming for hours on end.

Nothing, I mean NOTHING would stop her until she would finally fall asleep due to sheer exhaustion, but often times she would be up all night because she ended up sleeping during the day & this is what took it’s greatest toll on the rest of their young family.

They took baby T to the family doc for help but were told their baby was healthy & this would soon pass. But hour after hour & night after night the crying would go on & on until one day she screamed straight thru from 2pm until midnight. 10 hrs straight.

That was it.

Baby T’s mother had had enough & decided to take her to a Burlington chiropractor for a check-up. She had learned from a friend that a chiropractor had helped her baby with colic, so she decided to give it a try. That’s where I come into this story.
I met with baby T & her mom & she filled me in on the whole story. I explained to her that there is no known definite cause for colic. It is defined as “periods of crying, apparent abdominal pain & irritability” in an otherwise normal, healthy baby. And this was baby T to a tee.

I could tell by looking at her and examining her that she was tense & stressed & not at all comfortable. I told her mom that I have had very good results treating colicky babies whether newborns or a few months old ( this is the typical age range for colic to strike ) & her mom immediately asked what I expected her to ask…. How?

I explained to her that from the chiropractic perspective, the birth process can be very traumatic for the baby ( not to mention the mother ). Especially if labour is long, difficult, induced & especially if forceps or the vacuum suction is used to assist the delivery process.

This can upset a little spine. And just like with an adult, if your spine is not healthy & aligned properly, this can lead to a multitude of conditions & health problems.

What I told baby T’s mom made sense to her, & she asked me when we could get started. I said right now & she agreed enthusiastically.

I proceeded to gently treat baby T every couple of days & after about 2 wks, her mom finally started to notice a significant change.

First, the late night crying had subsided. The rest of the family was very happy as now everyone could sleep peacefully.

Then the evening screaming sessions started to lessen & they were not as long & drawn out. And when she did scream & cry, it was not as long & often. Baby T’s mom was committed to keeping her appointments & noticed continual & steady improvement week after week until one day, baby T did not cry at all.

She finally had a happy, comfortable day for the whole day as a new baby should. Mom was ecstatic, relieved & very thankful as were the rest of the family.

By the time baby T was 8 months old , she was colic-free. An occasional scream if she was hungry, wanted attention or couldn’t reach her toy but that was it. She was a normal, healthy baby once again & her mom told me she couldn’t imagine what they might have gone through if they didn’t bring their precious little daughter to the chiropractor. I told her I was glad that I was able to help.
